Day of Package

(with Rehearsal on Day of Wedding)

  • 1 Meeting with EFA Seasons prior to the Wedding Day (Recommended to meet at the 30 day venue meeting to assist with the floor plan and final details).
  • Lead Coordinator for 8 hours on day of wedding and with rehearsal same day as wedding
  • Bride will create the timeline and provide to EFA Seasons Coordinator. EFA
  • Seasons will provide a sample timeline and assist the bride in completion.
  • The Bride will provide the finished timeline to EFA Seasons 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding date.
  • EFA Seasons will set up personal items and décor at the venue (guest book, pen, portrait, toasting glasses, sign‐in book, cake knife, favors, programs, menu cards etc.). Bride to have all items at the venue. The DIY items must fit into a single SUV.
  • Complete wedding day coverage to manage and assist with wedding day timeline at a single location and payment of vendor balances and tips distributed as requested, up to 8 hours including clean up. Additional Hours may be purchased at $125 per hour.
  • Organization and distribution of all personal flowers (Pinning Boutonnieres, etc)
  • Cut the Wedding/Groom’s Cake & Display on Dessert Table
  • Coordination and timing of ushers, house party, attendants, family and bride and groom
  • Bustle bride’s dress and arrange refreshments upon couple’s arrival to reception
  • Coordination of entertainment and all announcements and events throughout the evening with the DJ or Emcee
  • Assist Photographer with specially requested photographs and videography
  • Coordination of bride and groom’s exit
  • Place Rental Items and personal items/gifts in Designated vehicle to be returned
  • Set up DIY Items (with the exception of large items such as furniture or hanging items more than 6ft from floor. EFAS is not licensed to provide or transport alcohol) **DIY Items must be able to fit into a single SUV**

Rehearsal on Day of the Wedding

  • 1-2 Planning meetings with Events for all Seasons (EFAS) prior to wedding day. 1 of these meetings will be the 30 day meeting with the Venue to assist with the completion of the floor plan. Part of the meeting is to gather items needed from Client that is needed for set up by EFA Seasons
  • Lead Coordinator for 10-12 hours on day of wedding (including clean up) **Clean up does not include mopping, sweeping, moving tables or other furniture back in the venue.
  • Provide Vendor List and recommendations to Bride based on need, personality and budget if needed at any time during the planning process.
  • Obtain copies of all ceremony vendor contracts prior to the wedding day (provided by bride 30 days prior to the wedding day at the latest)
  • Contact all vendors associated with the ceremony and inform them of EFAS, LLC.
  • Confirm all contract details with vendors (deliveries, set‐up times, etc.)
  • Develop detailed ceremony and Reception itinerary and distribute to vendors
  • Plan ceremony and discuss family information, seating, processional and recessional. Attend and direct rehearsal, & coordinate ceremony
  • Phone Consult with reception venue/caterer to develop wedding day itinerary
  • Transport personal items and décor to ceremony and reception venue (guest book, pen, portrait, toasting glasses, sign‐in book, cake knife, favors, programs, menu cards etc.). Bride to drop off at TPA Office 5-7 days prior to wedding date. (Must fit into a single standard sized SUV)
  • Plan ceremony and discuss family information, seating, processional and recessional
  • Attend rehearsal, coordinate ceremony, handle marriage license, and church fee on wedding day
  • Complete wedding day coverage to manage and assist with wedding day timeline, vendor set--‐up at ceremony and reception venue, and payment of vendor balances and tips distributed as requested)
  • Organization and distribution of all personal flowers
  • Cut the Wedding/Groom’s Cake & Display on Dessert Table
  • Coordination and timing of ushers, house party, attendants, family and bride and groom
  • Transport personal items from ceremony to reception (with exception of large floral arrangements)
  • Bustle bride’s dress and arrange refreshments upon couple’s arrival to reception
  • Coordination of entertainment and all announcements and events throughout the evening
  • Specially requested photographs and videography
  • Coordination of bride and groom’s exit
  • Ensure that all personal items are taken at the end of the evening
  • Place Rental Items and personal items/gifts in Designated vehicle
  • Set up DIY Items (with the exception of large items such as furniture or hanging items more than 6ft from floor. EFAS is not licensed to provide or transport alcohol) **DIY Items must be able to fit into a single SUV**

Remote Full Service Planning with Day of Coordination

  • Develop Event Day Itinerary + Event Layout
  • Contact All Vendors Prior to Event Date to Review Last-Minute Details
  • Event Management Day of Event 10 hours + 1 hour of breakdown

  • Coordinate and Hire Police Officers, Servers, etc as needed.
  • Assist with Invitation Design and Wording

Remote Planning, Venue Assistance & Coordinating for

  • Attend agreed upon Vendor Appointments and Site Visits (up to 5 visits total within 50 mile radius )
  • Create Personalized Event Binder with Detailed Worksheets
  • Advice on Etiquette & Tradition
  • Assist with Event Concept & Design
  • Set and arrange all vendor appointments
  • Assist with Creation of Floor Plans
  • Negotiate & Review Vendor Contracts
  • Maintain On-going Contact with All Vendors Participating in the Event

**$400 a la carte event design fee may be added to any package. This will coverall aspects of your wedding starting with your colors. We will put together a "booklet" that will outline the various items to fit your style, where to get them, average pricing, etc. This is for the Bride that may want to take the planning and do it on her own. This package works great with the Day of Coordination Packages**
