If you are a rockstar and can or already have planned your event, but want to make sure you didin’t miss anything, this package is for you. This package works best for weddings or large functions that require 10+ hours of set up+event time on the day of. This package is PERFECT when balancing multiple vendors or if you need some DIY assistance.
We will tie up the loose ends beginning 3-6 weeks prior to your event date. Assist with the final design of the room layout, call all vendors and establish set up and breakdown times, establish a timeline for the day, run rehearsal on the day of your event if it is a wedding, quinceanera or other event that needs a rehearsal, and assist with clean up for 1 hour post event.

The Work Load of Some Events Requires a 2nd Person for the day of, we will evaluate this and let you know if it is needed. This will result in an additional fee however it will ensure that your event is run smoothly which is priceless.

Full Service Planner & Coordinator
This package is 100% for you if you are trying to juggle an extremely busy work schedule, lifestyle, and/or kids while trying to plan your very important event.
A Lead Coordinator will asssit with your overall event design and budget. Our Coordinator will work with our in-house designer to assist with your overall concept design and will connect you with the vendors necessary to host your event (caterers, DJs/Bands, Decor, Live Actors, Lighting, Tenting, etc)
We work with many vendors, including other decorators. We do not require that you utilize our decor services and dependent on workload or type of event, we may refer you to another decorator.
Our Coordinator will invite you to Monthly, Bi-weekly or Weekly meetings as necessary to ensure the process moves along at the proper pace.

You shouldn’t have to HATE the planning process of any event that you host. Whether it be a wedding, corporate event, or milestone event such as a Sweet 16, Quinceanera or Bar Mitzvah, we want you to be able to enjoy the process so that you can enjoy the day of your party!
This Package will include everything the Full Service Planning Package Includes, however we reduce the price knowing that you have already done some of the leg work. You can pass the baton to us so we can take it to the finish line, and you can once again, sleep at night!
